Check Audio – Your video must be audible. Please check your audio after posting. We will ask you to remake any inaudible video which will delay your results.

Option A, B & C – The typing team will review your materials as many times as needed. Once we have fully analyzed and concluded your type, we will email you your results, voice clip explanation and certificate. 
Results Emailed To You – Results are emailed to you from attitudinalpsyche@gmail.com – Please whitelist our e-mail address if you are expecting results.
Voice Clip – Rob includes a 5-10 minutes long voice clip giving the typing team’s reasoning as to how we ended up at your type(s).
Live Commentary Option – You will be provided with a link to an unlisted youtube video with a live reaction to your answers & a full breakdown of your results. 
Results Waiting Period – Results generally take 2-4 weeks. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received them after a month – gmail in particular loves to scrap our emails. Email us if you still do not have results.

Follow Up – 1 Hour Zoom Call – With Rob – $125.00
If you have some burning questions about your typing results this is the perfect option for you. Book this 1 hour session to go through your results and ask clarifying questions. All sessions are held on Zoom and the link will be included in the e-mail after you book via the form at the bottom of this page. You are required a minimum self-review time of 2 weeks before ordering a follow up – this ensures that you are well acquainted with your typing and have had time to reflect.

Reviewing Past Typings
Every few months the typing team may review old submissions to make sure they align with current thinking. If any past typing is deemed incorrect, we send an email with the new type and certificate. This is uncommon but does happen from time to time as new information about the types and how they manifest is uncovered.

Second Look
Unsure of your results? Do you feel your video did not accurately represent you? Were you in a funk or mood that you think may have affected your results? The typing team offers a second look at all typings. We require a 3 month block between typing videos. Please make a new video and follow the steps above. Results may take up to 4 weeks to get back to you after payment. If you prefer a deep dive into your results instead, please book a follow-up coaching session.

• Be ready to potentially disagree with your results. There is no guarantee we will type you in the same way that you type yourself. You are paying us for our expert opinions only.
• We are not licensed practitioners of psychology, psychotherapy, or psychiatry and all services provided by us do not substitute professional counseling, therapy or any clinical services or treatment.
• We do not enter into any typing analysis with pre-conceived notions or a promise of any particular conclusions. All opinions are based on your submission only.
• We agree not to disclose or share any information pertaining to you, the customer, without written or verbal consent.
